Only one nappy may be used. If you buy multiple nappies or a pack of nappies, they may all be returned for a refund, BUT only one nappy may have been washed, tried on or worn. All other nappies must be unused, unworn and in brand new condition.
Guarantee is valid for 2 weeks after your nappies have been delivered. This will allow you time to wash and try one of the nappies. Note: if you are pregnant you will need to contact me to extend the warranty to 2 weeks after the birth of your baby. You MUST contact me to request an extension of your guarantee within the 2 week period after your nappies are delivered. If you do not contact us to let us know you need an extension then this guarantee will not be extended past this time.
