Frank Nappy Features:

• Perfect Fit for Most Babies: Frank Nappies are designed to fit babies from birth to toilet training (approximately 4kg - 16.5kg). With three rows of rise snaps, you can adjust the fit perfectly around baby’s legs. Unlike many other brands with only two rows of snaps, the extra row ensures a snug fit for both skinny newborn legs and chubby baby thighs.

• Stay-Dry Lining: Our nappies feature a stay-dry suede cloth lining. The space between the PUL outer layer and the lining forms a pocket to hold the absorbent inserts. Urine passes through the stay-dry lining, which draws moisture away from baby’s skin, leaving them feeling dry and comfortable.

• Leak Prevention: Frank Nappies also feature a PUL tummy panel to help prevent leaks caused by moisture wicking out the top of the nappy.

Natural Fibre Inserts – Premium Absorbency and Comfort

Frank Nappies include our premium natural fibre inserts made from bamboo terry and bamboo/cotton blend fabrics. These high-quality materials offer excellent absorbency and leak protection, ensuring your baby stays dry. The natural fibres are gentle enough to sit directly against baby’s skin, meaning stuffing the inserts inside the pocket is optional.

Each nappy comes with:

• One high GSM bamboo terry 6-layer hourglass insert
• One 5-layer bamboo/cotton blend rectangular insert

Both inserts can be used individually or together for extra absorbency when needed, such as during the night or for longer periods.

Materials:

• Nappy Outer Shell: 100% polyurethane laminate (PUL)
• Nappy Inner Lining: 100% polyester (suede cloth)
• Rectangle Insert (Newborn/Booster): Bamboo/Cotton Blend (5 layers)
• Hourglass Insert: Bamboo Terry (6 layers)

Care and Washing Instructions:

1. Pre-wash: Flush solids into the toilet, rinse nappies briefly to avoid smells, and store in an open, non-porous basket or bucket with good airflow.
2. Daily Pre-wash: Run a short, warm cycle with half the recommended detergent to remove excess poo and wee.
3. Main Wash: Once you have a full load (2/3 full), run a long hot wash (40-60°C) using the recommended amount of detergent for heavy soiling.
4. Drying: Line dry nappies and inserts for best results. Inserts may also be tumble dried, but line drying is recommended to preserve fabric quality.

Following proper care instructions helps avoid delamination of the waterproof lining or damage to the elastics.
